Sinossi : THE ROVER è ambientato nel mondo dieci anni dopo il crollo del sistema economico occidentale,in un posto in cui le risorse minerarie australiane hanno richiamato i desperados e il pericolo lungo le coste. Con la società in declino, lo Stato di diritto si è disintegrato e la vita è a buon mercato. Il film segue le vicissitudini di Eric,un tipo solitario temprato (Pearce), che viaggia e attraversa le città desolate e le strade dell'entroterra australiano. Quando una banda di ladri ruba la sua auto.La banda lascia dietro di se nella fuga il ferito Rey (Pattinson).Forzare Rey per contribuire a rintracciare la banda,diventerà l’obiettivo principale di Eric,che sarà disposto a tutto per riprendersi l’unica cosa che per lui conta veramente.

Synopsis: THE ROVER is set in the world decade after the collapse of the Western economic system, in a place where Australian mineral resources have attracted the desperados and danger along the coasts. With the declining society, the rule of lawdisintegrated and life is cheap. The film follows the adventures of Eric, a hardened loner(Pearce), traveling and crossing the desolate cities and roads of the Australian outback.When a gang of thieves steals his auto.La band leaves behind in the escape woundedRey (Pattinson). Forcing Rey to help track the band, it will become the main focus of Eric, who will be willing to do anything to recover the 'the only thing that really matters to him.
