BERLIN - On the occasion of 64th International Film Festival Berlin (until February 16, 2014), the event's official photographer Gerhard
Kassner presented in an exhibition ("Berlinale Porträts") his portraits of the stars. Following the recent closure of the Hotel Bogota, where Kassner has shared his photographs of the Festival with the public for the past three years, it has been found a new exhibition space, the bar Berlin's cult Kosmetiksalon Babette. The show, after the opening day will be extended until February 16 to include new large portraits of international stars attending this year in Berlin, accompanied by personal anecdotes of the photographer. During the 12 years he has been a portrait photographer Gerhard Kassner for the Festival, has captured the images of countless directors and actors, emerging and world-renowned: his works bear witness at the same time the history of cinema and that of the Berlinale.
