Sia Kellan Lutz che Robert Pattinson sono stati a Cannes questa settimana per promuovere i loro progetti: Pattinson ha un film in concorso al festival del cinema e uno non in concorso, mentre Lutz era in città per il suo ruolo in "The Expendables 3."
I due si sono incontrati ad una festa, e in una intervista, Lutz esalta le doti del suo amico, lei cui interpretazioni in "The Rover" e "Maps to the Stars" hanno ottenuto ottime recensioni.
"E' bello parlare con Rob e constatare quanto successo abbia avuto",ha detto Lutz in una località al di fuori di Cannes questa settimana. "Credo che la cosa più significativa che ho capito parlando con Rob dopo il successo di Twilight, è che lui non fai i film per un tornaconto monetario. Sta facendo un buon lavoro, la sua intenzione è quella di lavorare accanto a grandi registi e grandi attori e attrici, quello che tutti noi dovremmo fare ".
