Lo storico metterebbe in dubbio anche la veridicità di una foto che ritrarrebbe Horace col capo delle SS Heinrich Himmler, sostenendo che il cappello del soldato fosse di foggia russa e non inglese.

Queste informazioni hanno fatto infuriare sia la vedova, di Horace, che il ghost writer, Ken Scott, che per due anni collaborò con Horace nella stesura del libro.

In un'intervista al Sunday Mercury, Brenda Greasley (la vedova), controbatte le accuse di Walters, spiegando che lo storico non sa cosa realmente successe e che le sue sono mere supposizioni.

The rumor goes back about a year ago, when several British newspapers gave as sure the name of Robert Pattinson.

The topic is back in the limelight because of a historic war, Guy Walters, has launched a scathing attack on the biography, relegating the books 'suspects' on the subject war and Holocaust.

The historian would question the truthfulness of a picture that would portray Horace with SS chief Heinrich Himmler, arguing that the hat of the soldier was to shape Russian and English.

This information has infuriated both the widow of Horace, that the ghost writer, Ken Scott, who for two years he worked with Horace in the writing of the book.

In an interview with the Sunday Mercury, Brenda Greasley (the widow), countered the accusations of Walters, explaining that the historian does not know what really happened and that his are mere assumptions.

The Silverlight Production secured the film rights to the book, with the production of Stratton Leopold, and with Robert Pattinson and Alex Pettyfer (perhaps due to the role of Horace).

Brenda Greasley says that the project is still standing.
